You can always spot Elaine in a crowd because she stands out with a bright & shining light!Elaines hem is a 6” ruched banding at the bottom of her skirt connected with top & bottom small welt cords along the ruched banding to finish her off. Keep all the same fabric for the main skirt & ruched banding & small welts OR mix fabrics for the main skirt fabric & the ruched banding at the hem. We suggest the top & bottom small welt cords on the Elaine along banding to match the main skirt fabric for a more of a transition to stand out.The 1” gingham check OR the 1/4” check OR a combination of both mixing & matching. Elaine is a round shape & is finished at 30” wide x 30” long x 30” high.
