Mixiee Shipping Policy

Please double-check that your shipping information and order details are correct before placing your order. Be sure to include a valid email address and phone number so we can keep you updated every step of the way.

Our team works hard to get your custom Mixiee order ready as soon as we have inspected it and we will ship it out as quickly as possible. Once your order is prepared, we carefully pack it and get it ready for shipment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way, so you can follow along.

Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–5 business days once your package has been picked up by the carrier.
