Refund policy

Our Mixiee products are one-of-a-kind and custom-made to order. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.

We recommend purchasing a Mixiee fabric swatch sample set if you would like to explore the colors and textures of our fabrics before placing an order.

Our current lead time is approximately 3–4 weeks for completion once a custom order has been placed. If you are working within a specific timeline, please contact us at orders@mixiee.com to request expedited processing.

Due to the custom nature of our products, expedited orders incur an additional 20% fee. We will always do our best to accommodate your needs based on stock availability.

Our in-house seamstresses and artisans work with exceptional professionalism and take great pride in their craftsmanship, with careful attention to detail. Every custom order undergoes quality control inspections before shipment.

If your order does not meet your expectations for quality, we will gladly issue store credit for future purchases, provided the product is returned in its original condition. Please contact us at orders@mixiee.com for questions or concerns.
